About me

I’m originally from Mooresville, North Carolina, and after graduating high school, I began exploring my options for a career in the skilled trades. I pursued an undergraduate diploma in HVAC Technology at Mitchell Community College in Statesville, NC, where I developed a foundation in mechanical systems and hands-on technical work.After finishing school, I spent a few years figuring out what direction I wanted to take professionally. I eventually realized that I enjoyed working with my hands, solving problems, and seeing the results of my work firsthand. That led me to pursue a career in the trades.In 2016, I entered the plumbing trade as a plumber’s helper, gaining experience in both residential and commercial plumbing. I spent a little over a year learning the fundamentals of the trade and getting valuable hands-on experience in the field.In 2018, I was given an opportunity through a friend’s mother to get into apartment maintenance. That opportunity became an important turning point in my career. I started building a much broader skill set and eventually developed experience in many different areas of property maintenance and repair.Over the years, I’ve continued learning, gaining valuable certifications, and expanding my knowledge so I could better serve the residents and properties I work with. Apartment maintenance has given me the opportunity to become a well-rounded problem solver and has taught me the importance of quality work, reliability, communication, and taking pride in what I do.Today, I’m taking the next step by starting St John Property Solutions LLC. My goal is to gradually transition into running a full-service handyman business where I can use the skills and experience I’ve built throughout my career to help homeowners and property owners with their repair and maintenance needs.I’ve since relocated to Greensboro, NC, and I’m excited about this next chapter. I look forward to building something I can be proud of, earning the trust of my customers, and serving the people of Greensboro and the surrounding communities.Thank you for supporting my small business.
